Overflow - a cover by the General

Go read the original first, which i stole..ermmm borrowed..from here

I think of you.
When the dusk spills red,
When to the south, the flying birds head.

I think of you,
when the poinsettia blooms,
And the stars streak upon a sky that looms.

I think of you and of you I croon,
Even when night brightens with a half smiling moon.

I think of you,
When the cloud wisps linger away
And under dark skies, when howling wolves hold sway.

I think of you,
when blackened night blankets tired souls
And sighs of relief rise from the land that holds.

I even think of you, you so far..
Even when the clock strikes the witching hour.

I think of you,
In the passage of filled hours
And within the heartbeats that gathering days carve.

I think you,
In the miasma of remembered caresses,
In the supposed heat of meeting epidermis.

You are not here but I think of you,
Even when the darkest night fades from black to blue.

When I think of you,
My thoughts overflow
and My fingers trail away, filled with a glow.

When I think of you
My heart accelerates on,
And calls “come faster! Far away dawn!”

I Think of you deeply in my own simple fashion,
Until I have you completely wrapped deep in my passion.
